Which areas of law do you cover?
Commercial and contract law, company law, real estate, employment law, family law and civil litigation. We do not handle criminal cases.
How much is an initial consultation?
A 45-minute initial consultation costs 300 lei (excluding VAT), credited against our fee if you hire us for the matter. It can be in person or by video call.
How are your fees calculated?
Depending on the matter: a fixed fee for defined tasks (for example contract review from 500 lei), or an hourly rate of 250-450 lei depending on the lawyer. You receive a written fee estimate before we start.
What should I bring to the consultation?
Your ID and any documents related to the matter (contracts, correspondence, court papers). If you cannot bring them, a short written summary also helps.
Is my information confidential?
Yes. Everything you share with the firm is covered by attorney-client privilege and professional secrecy.
How quickly can I get an appointment?
Usually within 2-3 business days. For urgent matters we can arrange a same-day or next-day call with a lawyer.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Thursday 10:00-18:00, Friday 10:00-15:00. Closed on weekends.
