How much does accounting cost?
Freelancer (PFA) package: from 150 lei/month. SRL without employees: from 350 lei/month. SRL with VAT and up to 50 invoices: from 550 lei/month. Payroll: 40 lei per employee/month. Prices exclude VAT.
What does the monthly package include?
Bookkeeping of all documents, monthly and quarterly declarations, VAT filings if applicable, a monthly report with your results, and email support with replies within one business day.
Can you open a company for me?
Yes. Company registration (SRL) takes about 3-5 business days and costs 900 lei plus official fees. We prepare all documents and file them for you.
How do I send you my documents?
Upload invoices and receipts through our secure client portal or send photos by email. You get a checklist at the beginning of each month.
How do we start working together?
Book a free 30-minute intro call. We review your situation, recommend a package and, if you agree, you sign the service agreement online. Onboarding takes 2-3 business days.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Thursday 09:00-17:00, Friday 09:00-14:00.
